About Us

Following the century history of former Chee Sang Tong (资生堂药行), Fook Ngian Tong was established in 2006 after rebranding. Physician Luo Pei Cheng, renamed the clinic to Fook Ngian (her father’s name), as gratitude his teachings.

Today, Fook Ngian Tong has become a trusted name for its customers, recognised for its quality and credible treatments.

Physician Luo Pei Cheng

Physician Luo obtained her practitioner license in China in 19__. After _ years of practicing in China, Phys. Luo came to Singapore to pursue further studies.

Born in China, DaBu province, Physician Luo had a humble beginning. Being not able to afford higher education, Phys. Luo assisted her father, who was also a Chinese physician, and started her TCM journey at the young age of 14. After serving an apprenticeship for 6 years under her father, Phys. Luo pursued further studies in the field of TCM and obtained her practitioner license in 19__.

Today, Phys. Luo has a field experience of over 25 years and is trusted by her patients.
